I had a very terrible experience in this so called hospital/ medicinal centre.
My cat was diagnosed with FIP in one of the clinics in CWB on 6th April and transfer to this hospital at night the same day because the doctor said that’s the only available hospital.
So many unnecessary testings was advised by the doctor Stxxxxxe. We were so panic and we felt that he like a salesman rather than a doctor. A doctor supposedly should truly advise the client the proper treatment.
Instead of advisory of force feeding, they did all the intubation to my cat. It just make my cat so much tense and pressure. My cat condition went extremely very bad in the next day.
And the cage was so cold that when I touched her hand, it was extremely cold. I need to put my personal blanket to keep her warm as much as possible. The whole environment just cannot let the pets not feel comfortable.
My cat passed away on 8th April. I felt so guilty to made such a bad decision.
I sincerely hope people who can read this post to stay away with this hospital.
