Ferris Kok –
It occurs to me that they charge for a Reasonable price in terms of consultation and medication fee. The staff are patient while dispensing of medicines with clear instructions. The only shortfall is their 24/7 emergency service number doesn’t fulfill the service level. I used to question their staff but there was no one attending the call midnight, they claimed to be understaffed or it was probably one staff on duty at the reception and she/he was away. Other than that, I’m quite contented with their service.
